depends upon the reason for working out if you want fast results. then yes if you want slow results then no. but consistency is key to a better body.

2.How long should I workout for? 

the average amount of time spent to be exercising is 30 minutes to and hour a day,no less than that.

By changing the volume of your workout. so work on building muscular endurance and cardio efficiency switching and doing varieties between reps and sets improve and develop muscle mass.

4. How often should I lose weight?

losing weight should be the primary goal everyday for a better quality life or just a desired body type.

5.How much weight should I lose when strength training?

when  strength training 10 pounds is the most weight to lose when doing intense training.

6.What training should I be doing to lose weight? When losing weight the basic exercise to be doing everyday is moderate cardio training and resistance training.
